Course Program
Course Description
This course provides the tools and strategies needed to establish and maintain an injury-free workplace. Participants will learn to identify root causes of accidents, implement effective prevention techniques, and address human factors to reduce risks and protect employees.
- Employ effective prevention techniques to reduce workplace injuries
- Analyze accidents/incidents to identify true root causes
- Understand and address human factors contributing to accidents
- Examine the hierarchy of controls and their application
- Implement engineering and administrative controls to mitigate risks
- Ensure proper issuance and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Address change management to prevent new hazards
- Develop and implement preventative controls
