Course Description
This course introduces the 5S methodology to create a well-organized, efficient, and safe workplace. Participants will learn the five steps of 5S—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—and how to implement them to improve productivity, safety, and operational excellence.
