Course Description
This course provides essential training on Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations, focusing on preventing oil spills, mitigating stormwater and surface pollution, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, including the Massachusetts Oil Spill Act. Participants will learn how to develop, implement, and maintain SPCC plans to protect the environment and meet regulatory requirements.
Purpose and scope of SPCC regulations under 40 CFR Part 112

Components of an SPCC plan, including facility diagrams, spill scenarios, and response protocols
