Behavior-Based Safety Training

This course introduces Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), a proactive, data-driven approach to reducing workplace incidents by focusing on employee behaviors. Participants will learn how to observe, analyze, and improve safety behaviors through feedback, reinforcement, and continuous improvement strategies.

• Understand the principles and goals of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS)
• Identify critical safe and at-risk behaviors using audits and incident data
• Develop and use observation checklists to monitor workplace behaviors
